Today I’m talking about weight loss vs. happiness. A lot of us prioritize weight loss and wanting to look good, rather than focusing on happiness and our quality of life. There’s a point when healthy habits such as having a nutritious diet and a exercise regime can become unhealthy, when we obsess over them and let them control the decisions surrounding our social life and family. A healthy lifestyle is meant to make you thrive. It’s not meant make you sacrifice the things that you love.
