The New Year is a special and sacred time for so many. A lot of us set new goals - health, fitness, nutrition goals and more. While I am a lover of goal setting year-round, I love the idea of taking an audit of what I have going on in my life and what I can do to make it more fulfilling, healthier, happier. The New Year is a perfect time for that.
Moving into 2020 I am focused on intentions rather than resolutions! And let me tell you why...
