I have two questions for you:
When trying to lose weight, do you focus on eating as little as possible? Or, do you think eating healthier means eating less?
If I had to guess, most of you answered yes to either one or both of those questions. Whether it may seem serious or not, focusing on eating as little as possible IS an eating disorder! Plus, it leads to countless health issues that can take years to recover from.
