Gossip is the topic of today’s podcast. Almost everyone gossips and while you might not realize it you could be gossiping too. Gossip can be a part of normal interactions and conversations with friends and family and while you might not mean ill intent, it’s best to start filtering your thoughts and realize when you’re gossiping. Also, take note of the people around you who are gossiping and audit who you’re hanging out with. In this episode I talk about why people feel the need to gossip, the affects it has on yourself and others as well as how to stop gossiping.
