“You cannot hang out with negative people and expect to live a positive life.” How many times have you heard this before? I believe those words hold so much truth! On the other hand, I feel we place too much focus on others’ negativity, blaming their negative words, actions or attitudes for us not living a positive life.   

When will we open our eyes and realize it’s not always others that are causing negativity to arise in our lives? When will we take ownership? We to stop pointing the finger at others for the unhappiness we are experiencing in our lives and start pointing the finger at ourselves.  

In this episode of Coffee & Kettlebells, I show you some tough love. But I promise you, the moment you are able to face the fact that you are the one bring negativity into your life, is the moment  you are able to take control of your happiness.   

In this episode, I ask you five questions to help you determine whether or not you are being a negative person.  I challenge you to take the time to think about these questions and look deep within yourself. To some of these questions, it may be hard for you to admit your answer is yes, but if you really want to move forward with your life in the best way possible, you have to take ownership of your own negativity.
